As Singapore gets set for the weekend commuting around in our SMRT buses, little do they know that their well-being is under a vigilant watch on the traffic road conditions in the nerve centres located throughout Singapore in Woodlands, Kranji and Ang Mo Kio manned by an average of 10 service controllers at each BOCC at any one time.
